Question: Why did the farmer bury all of his money?
Answer: To make his soil rich!
What does it mean to save money?
Saving money means putting it aside to use in the future. It is a great habit because eventually you will get to buy things that you don’t have enough money for right now. It is important to have a plan when it comes to saving money. Using SMART goals can help you save money for things you really want, like a new bike, pair of sneakers, or even a video game! Check out the cover to learn more about setting your own SMART goals. What kinds of things do you want to save money for?
Beyond the Branch
As part of our Beyond the Branch Initiative (formerly known as the Pay-It-Forward Program), we sponsored FREE ice skating and skate rentals at Massena Arena during winter break. Moola made an appearance to practice his skating and take pictures with families that attended. Ask your parent/guardian to keep an eye out for our next event!
