Is SeaComm Pay secure?

Security is at the heart of the SeaComm Pay platform. By utilizing banking-standard, 128-bit encryption, along with randomized transaction tokenization, you can rest assured that when you are using SeaComm Pay you know that we went above and beyond to ensure that your information is kept completely secure end-to-end. As an added layer of protection, we also have independent IT security experts monitoring the security of the SeaComm Pay app 24/7.

How do I sign up for SeaComm Pay?

  1. Go to your device’s app store.
  2. Search for and Download the SeaComm Pay application.
  3. Follow the enrollment process: enter your email address, create a username and password.
  4. Go to your email to retrieve the verification code.
  5. Return to the SeaComm Pay app to enter the verification code.
  6. Add cards to the app.

Note: If you're using an iPhone, you must download and add your cards to Apple Pay for them to be compatible with SeaComm Pay. If you're using an Android phone, you must download and add your cards to Google Pay for them to be fully functional with SeaComm Pay.

How do I add multiple cards to my mobile account?

  1. The cardholder will tap the “+” next to Cards in the homescreen.
  2. Add the Card Detail Information. Tap Add card.
  3. Cardholder will be taken back to the main app screen.

Note: If this a Prepaid card trying to add a Joint Cardholder to the mobile account, they cannot. Prepaid only allows the Primary Cardholder to add their card and add the Joint Cardholder’s mobile phone number to the Manage Alerts to receive alerts on the Prepaid card.

How do I manage my account information?

To manage your account, go to your User Profile under Settings to edit your password, email addresses and mobile phone numbers.

How long before the SeaComm Pay app times out?

For security purposes, SeaComm Pay will timeout after 3 minutes of inactivity; the session will expire and will require you to log in again.

Will the SeaComm Pay app work on my iPod, iPad, or tablet?

SeaComm Pay is a mobile-optimized application. This means that while SeaComm Pay does run on tablets, the ideal SeaComm Pay experience is meant to be accessed via an Android or iOS smartphone or iPod Touch.

How do I make a payment on my cards?

Navigate to the card you would like to use for the transaction and select the money button. An action menu will appear for you to take action on the card you selected. Actions may vary for different cards.

What are the SeaComm Pay app alerts?

Alerts are notifications the SeaComm Pay app sends you regarding activity on your card to help you stay in control of your finances and keep your account safe from overdrafts and fraud. You can configure to receive alerts via text, e-mail, or push alerts* on your digital device.

*Note: Push Alerts are only available to users that have an Android OS 3.0 or higher, iPhone OS 6.0 and have downloaded the digital application. PUSH alerts are only available for Debit client cardholder’s.

Where can I manage my alerts?

You can manage your alerts, including how you want to receive your alerts, within your application on your digital phone or in the Alerts feature in the application or from the website.

What if I lose my card?

If you lose your card, you can turn it off using the SeaComm Pay card controls. This will suspend your card and prevent unauthorized purchases from going through. If you are unable to locate your card after you have turned it off, please contact us at (800) 764-0566 and we will cancel the card and issue a replacement. Once you've done this, you will need to delete the lost card from SeaComm Pay and add the details for the replacement card.

What are the system requirements to run the SeaComm Pay app?

iOS 7.1 and above for Apple phones and Android 4.0 and above for Android based phones.
