Privacy Disclosure
We value the trust that you place in us and in this online service.
The purpose of our privacy policy is to protect the privacy
and confidentiality of your personal information. No action
can be taken involving member data without the prior consent
of the financial institution.
Commitment to Consumer Privacy We recognize and respect that members
expect privacy and confidentiality in all dealings with our
Credit Union, and we pledge that we will take the steps necessary
to protect the privacy of information shared with the Credit
Union.

Our Credit Union collects,
uses and retains information about individual members when
it is a necessary part of providing our products and services.
We never use personally identifiable data without the member's
permission.

to ensure that a member's financial information is accurate,
current and complete in accordance with reasonable commercial
standards. Our staff also responds to requests to correct
inaccurate information in a timely manner.

We limit employee access
to information to those with a business reason for knowing
such information. We educate our employees on the importance
of maintaining member confidentiality, and we enforce our
privacy policies with appropriate disciplinary procedures.
Information Security
We operate secure data networks protected by
industry standard firewalls, encryption and password protection.
The Credit Union enforces security procedures to protect confidential
information from loss, misuse or alteration.
Restrictions on Use and Sharing of Personal Information
We will not
reveal specific information about member accounts or other
personally identifiable data to unaffiliated third parties
for their independent use except as follows:
1.when the information is required to complete a transaction
initiated by the member;
2.when the member requests it;
3.when disclosure is required by law (e.g. subpoena, investigation
of fraud, etc.); or
4.when the member has been informed about the possibility
of disclosure for marketing or similar purposes through a
prior communication, and the member is given the opportunity
to decline or "opt out."
Business Relationships with Third Parties
We agree that we will
not share information with third parties that do not adhere
to similar privacy principles and practices for keeping such
information confidential.
Children's Online Privacy
The law requires parental consent to collect
or use information from a child under 13. If you are a child
under 18 years of age, please show this to your parents, and
do not use the online services of this institution without
disclosure to parents and verifiable parental consent pursuant
to the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection
Rule.
