A. SeaComm has a Call Center that receives all incoming calls. The Call Center is located in the Main Office in Massena. Your call can be redirected to whichever branch you choose.

A. Yes, we have coin counting machines located in our Potsdam Branch, Malone Branch, and our Main Office Branch located at 30 Stearns St. in Massena. If you have an account with SeaComm, there is no fee. If you do not have an account, there is a 5% fee.
